Step 1: Log in to the Platform 

Log into your Seekhly account. Once you're logged in, navigate to your courses by clicking on the Side navigation bar > Products > 'Courses'.

Step 2: Go to Courses>Details

Before you can enable instalment payments, make sure you've created a course on Seekhly. Navigate to the course you want to offer instalment payment options for by clicking on 'Courses' and then selecting the 'Details' of your desired course.

Step 3: Select a Pricing Plan

Once you're in your course details, go to the 'Pricing Plans' section. Here, you can add different pricing plans that cater to the needs of your audience. 

As you move forward to select a paid plan, it's essential to note some key considerations:

• Seekhly restricts creators from adding both paid and free plans simultaneously. In other words, you cannot offer a course for free while also having a paid plan in place.
• While configuring an instalment plan, it's important to understand that the one-time payment plan will always be available to learners. Creators cannot provide only the instalment plan to their audience. Learners will have the option to choose between one-time payments or instalments, depending on their preferences.
• If you decide to delete the one-time payment plan, please be aware that it will result in the deletion of the instalment plan associated with it. Therefore, make sure to consider the implications before making any deletions.

Step 4: Choose Paid Plan

After clicking 'Add Plan,' choose a paid pricing plan. Add in the pricing details and click 'Next' to move forward.

• Minimum Number of Instalments: To use this feature, you need to set a minimum of two instalments. Seekhly does not allow single instalment payment plans, promoting a more balanced payment structure.
• Aligning Instalment Plan with Course Expiry Date: If your course has a restricted access period with an expiry date, the last instalment date should not extend beyond the course's expiry date. This ensures that learners complete their payments before losing access to the course content.
• Promo Code Limitation: Please note that promo codes cannot be applied when using the pay-in instalment feature. Learners will not be able to use promo codes in conjunction with instalment payments.
